Em parte, isso tem a ver com a grande varia\u00e7\u00e3o nos pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis na \u00e9poca \u2014 especialmente por causa da pol\u00edtica praticada pela Petrobras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u00e1 para c\u00e1, ocorreram diversas altera\u00e7\u00f5es na tabela de frete m\u00ednimo, sendo que a \u00faltima foi realizada em 2026 e ainda restam muitas d\u00favidas sobre o tema, por exemplo: como calcular o valor do frete m\u00ednimo e o que est\u00e1 valendo agora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para isso lhe ajudar com isso, a Bsoft disponibilizou uma<a href=\"https:\/\/bsoft.com.br\/calculadora-de-frete-minimo-tabela-antt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Calculadora de Frete M\u00ednimo<\/a>. Mas, se deseja ficar por dentro do assunto, prossiga tamb\u00e9m com a leitura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_que_significa_Tabela_ANTT\"><\/span><strong>O que significa Tabela ANTT?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Publicada no dia 30 de maio de 2018 pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transporte Terrestre (ANTT) e ajustada no dia 5 de setembro do mesmo ano, a tabela de frete ANTT sofre diversas altera\u00e7\u00f5es anuais e costuma ser motivo de d\u00favida, devido \u00e0 dificuldade de sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Ela foi uma das medidas sancionadas pelo presidente da \u00e9poca, Michel Temer, com o intuito de p\u00f4r fim \u00e0 greve dos caminhoneiros, que posteriormente se tornou a Lei n\u00ba 13.703\/2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Atualizacoes_em_2026\"><\/span><strong>Atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es em 2026<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2026, n\u00e3o apenas a Tabela de Frete m\u00ednimo foi atualizada, como tamb\u00e9m a forma como o c\u00e1lculo foi realizado. A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ANTT N\u00ba 6.076, de 19 de Janeiro de 2026 trouxe mais detalhes sobre o c\u00e1lculo do coeficiente utilizado para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos fretes, alterando assim a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ANTT n\u00b0 5867 de 14 de Janeiro de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quais_sao_as_categorias_da_ANTT\"><\/span><strong>Quais s\u00e3o as categorias da ANTT?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Criada pela ANTT, essa tabela de frete visa aplicar valores m\u00ednimos de frete, baseados em 5 diferentes tipos de transporte de produtos, sendo eles: geral, granel, neogranel, frigorificada e perigosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_calcular_o_frete_minimo_pela_Tabela_ANTT\"><\/span><strong>Como calcular o frete m\u00ednimo pela Tabela ANTT?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para calcular o valor do frete m\u00ednimo pela tabela ANTT, voc\u00ea pode utilizar a calculadora de frete que a Bsoft desenvolveu. No come\u00e7o, define-se o UF e as cidades de origem e de destino do frete. Os quil\u00f4metros rodados s\u00e3o calculados automaticamente ou podem ser inseridos manualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, voc\u00ea inclui o tipo de carga e, ent\u00e3o, o n\u00famero de eixos. Se for um frete de ida e volta, \u00e9 s\u00f3 marcar a op\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao calcular, saber\u00e1 qual \u00e9 o valor m\u00ednimo que deve ser cobrado. Em vez de ter que fazer extensos c\u00e1lculos, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel chegar a um resultado simples. Depois, \u00e9 s\u00f3 acrescentar a margem de lucro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ferramenta \u00e9 confi\u00e1vel e atualizada \u2014 inclusive, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 tabela publicada na \u00faltima resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da<a href=\"https:\/\/bsoft.com.br\/blog\/consulta-antt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> ANTT<\/a>. Com apenas alguns cliques, j\u00e1 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel conhecer o valor do frete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Qual_o_valor_do_frete_por_KM_em_2026\"><\/span><strong>Qual o valor do frete por KM em 2026?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visto que o intuito dessa tabela \u00e9 criar um custo m\u00ednimo de transporte, ela n\u00e3o contempla lucros. Por esse motivo, a tabela ANTT foi aplicada como uma forma de estabelecer um valor m\u00ednimo a ser cobrado pelo transporte de cargas, sendo assim, nenhum transportador teria preju\u00edzo ao realizar o servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os valores que a comp\u00f5em levam em considera\u00e7\u00e3o a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do pre\u00e7o do diesel para os pr\u00f3ximos 6 meses e outros custos da viagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas segundo a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2022\/lei\/L14445.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Lei N\u00ba 14.445, de 2 de setembro de 2022<\/a>, quando ocorrer oscila\u00e7\u00e3o no pre\u00e7o do \u00f3leo diesel no mercado nacional superior a 5% (cinco por cento) em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao pre\u00e7o considerado na tabela, para mais ou para menos, nova norma com pisos m\u00ednimos dever\u00e1 ser publicada pela ANTT, considerando a varia\u00e7\u00e3o no pre\u00e7o do combust\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o na tabela de frete da ANTT foi lan\u00e7ada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ANTT N\u00ba 6.076, de 19 de janeiro de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quem_faz_a_fiscalizacao_da_aplicacao_da_tabela_ANTT\"><\/span><strong>Quem faz a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da tabela ANTT?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a Lei N\u00ba 13.703, de 8 de agosto de 2018, que estabeleceu a Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Pisos M\u00ednimos do Transporte Rodovi\u00e1rio de Cargas, a ANTT \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por adotar as<a href=\"https:\/\/bsoft.com.br\/blog\/multas-antt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> medidas administrativas, coercitivas e punitivas<\/a> necess\u00e1rias ao fiel cumprimento da Lei e tamb\u00e9m tem sido a respons\u00e1vel pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das estradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_valor_de_frete_minimo_e_para_transportadoras_ETC_ou_motoristas_TAC\"><\/span><strong>O valor de frete m\u00ednimo \u00e9 para transportadoras (ETC) ou motoristas (TAC)?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ambos. De acordo com a Lei 13703\/2018 demonstra em seu Art. 4\u00ba que o transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de cargas, em \u00e2mbito nacional, dever\u00e1 ter seu frete remunerado em patamar igual ou superior aos pisos m\u00ednimos de frete fixados com base nesta Lei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em outras palavras, para os dois, mas se a transportadora subcontrata o motorista, \u00e9 ele que deve receber acima do frete m\u00ednimo para realizar o frete.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em outras palavras, quem efetivamente realizar o transporte, seja transportadora, seja motorista, deve receber equivalente ou acima do frete m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EUWZgZeDUrM?si=UwYbdvqWLjgm8qfW\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No caso de contratar um TAC, preencher o valor bruto? e houver algum desconto?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o, no MDFe haver\u00e1 apenas o campo com o valor que o transportador recebeu efetivamente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"As_tabelas_tem_varias_versoes_A_B_C_D_Como_saber_qual_seria_a_correta\"><\/span><strong>As tabelas t\u00eam v\u00e1rias vers\u00f5es (A, B, C, D). Como saber qual seria a correta?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depender\u00e1 da forma de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A tabela A \u00e9 lota\u00e7\u00e3o + cavalo e carreta do contratado.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tabela B \u00e9 lota\u00e7\u00e3o + cavalo do contratado e implemento do contratante.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tabela C \u00e9 lota\u00e7\u00e3o + alto desempenho com cavalo e carreta do contratado.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tabela D \u00e9 lota\u00e7\u00e3o + alto desempenho com cavalo do contratado e implemento do contratante.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_saber_se_e_alto_desempenho\"><\/span><strong>Como saber se \u00e9 alto desempenho?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;De acordo com a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 5867\/2020 da ANTT, Alto Desempenho \u00e9 uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte, especificada em contrato, com tempo total de carga e descarga de at\u00e9 tr\u00eas horas, na qual o contratante se responsabiliza tanto pelo carregamento, quanto pelo descarregamento da carga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Para_veiculos_de_carga_menores_tambem_vale_a_tabela_de_frete_minimo\"><\/span><strong>Para ve\u00edculos de carga menores tamb\u00e9m vale a tabela de frete m\u00ednimo?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sim, \u00e9 considerada a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o para 2 eixos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_tabela_de_frete_minimo_deve_ser_respeitada_em_todos_os_transportes_ou_apenas_para_TAC_e_TAC_equiparado\"><\/span><strong>A tabela de frete m\u00ednimo deve ser respeitada em todos os transportes ou apenas para TAC e TAC equiparado?&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A tabela da ANTT para frete m\u00ednimo deve ser respeitada em todas as presta\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte, mesmo que a empresa que fizer o servi\u00e7o seja uma ETC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As tabelas abaixo s\u00e3o com base na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/web\/dou\/-\/portaria-suroc-n-4-de-20-de-marco-de-2026-694437180\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Portaria SUROC N\u00ba 4, DE 20 de mar\u00e7o de 2026<\/a>, em vig\u00eancia no momento de escrita desse texto. de Cargas, a ANTT \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por adotar as<a href=\"https:\/\/bsoft.com.br\/blog\/multas-antt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> medidas administrativas, coercitivas e punitivas<\/a> necess\u00e1rias ao fiel cumprimento da Lei e tamb\u00e9m tem sido a respons\u00e1vel pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das estradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2025, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da tabela de frete m\u00ednimo est\u00e1 sendo realizada de forma autom\u00e1tica atrav\u00e9s do CIOT (C\u00f3digo de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte), se o valor do
